Program Terms & Conditions

Applies To: Back to Church Sunday Kit (and all Seasonal Campaign Kits), Church Systems in a Box, and Church Growth Accelerator

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Simple Systems Consulting LLC ("Simple Systems," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the purchasing client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or paying any amount toward any program listed below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

PART ONE — UNIVERSAL TERMS

These terms apply to every program. Program-specific terms appear in Part Two. Where the two differ, the program-specific terms control for that program.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

Completing checkout, submitting payment, or accessing any program materials constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply whether you pay in full or enroll on a payment plan, and apply to every member of your team or church who accesses the program through your enrollment.

2. Nature of the Products

Our programs consist primarily of digital content, training, templates, automations, coaching, community access, and — where applicable — physical and on-site components. Because digital materials are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final except where a specific written guarantee is expressly stated in Part Two for that program.

3. Payment, Payment Plans, and Outstanding Balances

You agree to pay the full amount stated for your program. If you enroll on a payment plan or installment option:

You authorize Simple Systems (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method automatically on the agreed schedule until the full balance is paid.

Your full balance remains due regardless of how much of the program you complete, attend, or use. Beginning a program, then stopping, does not cancel your remaining payments.

Once a program has begun, installments already paid are non-refundable, and the guarantee terms in Part Two — not partial-completion logic — govern any refund eligibility.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may suspend your access to program materials, community, coaching, and any unearned deliverables until the balance is brought current.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a charge you authorized, while these Terms are in effect, is a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to present these Terms and your acceptance of them as evidence in any dispute, to suspend or terminate your access, and to pursue any balance owed.

5. Good-Faith Participation

Our programs are built to work when the systems and coaching are applied. You agree to participate in good faith — to do the work, attend the calls, implement the systems, and engage with the materials. Several guarantees in Part Two are conditioned on this participation, and the burden of demonstrating good-faith effort rests with you.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We provide proven systems, coaching, and tools. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome — including attendance growth, giving increases, volunteer numbers, or any financial result. Outcomes depend on factors within your control, including your leadership, your team's effort, your consistency, and your context. Any examples, testimonials, or results shared by other clients are illustrative, not promises of your results.

7. Scope of Services

Our programs do not include legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR, or investment advice; capital campaigns; staff hiring or firing decisions; facility or construction management; or pulpit supply. For those needs, consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or qualified specialist.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials — including videos, templates, workbooks, automations, snapshots, frameworks, and written content — are the intellectual property of Simple Systems Consulting LLC and are licensed to you for your own church or organization's use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login access, or repurpose the materials for any other church, business, or party without our written permission. Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Systems' total liability under any program is limited to the amount you actually paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Termination for Cause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access — without refund — for non-payment, abusive conduct toward our team or community, breach of these Terms, or misuse of program materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs your enrollment.

PART TWO — PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

SECTION A — BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY KIT

(and all Seasonal Campaign Kits — Easter Comeback Kit and Christmas / Watch Night / NYE Kit)

Price: $997 per Kit

What you are buying: A complete, instantly delivered digital campaign system — sermon series, invitation system, follow-up sequences, social graphics, volunteer materials, automation snapshot, and a group launch call.

Refund Policy — No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, there are absolutely no refunds. The full Kit — including all downloadable content, templates, graphics, and snapshots — is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are gaining instant access to the complete digital product and you waive any right to a refund, partial refund, or credit.

This no-refund policy applies whether or not you open the materials, attend the launch call, or run the campaign. The value is delivered at the moment of access.

SECTION B — CHURCH SYSTEMS IN A BOX

(the 12-Month Program)

Price: $2,500 (pay in full or by payment plan)

What you are buying: A 12-month membership including the full systems training library, the prebuilt GHL snapshot, the templates library, the physical Orange Box, community access, monthly office hours, the Ask-Henry AI bot, and quarterly content updates.

Start Date and Program Term

Your initial payment begins your 12-month program. Your access, your guarantee window, and your payment obligations all begin on the date of your first payment, regardless of when you choose to start working through the material.

Refund Policy — The Do-the-Work Guarantee

Refunds for Church Systems in a Box are available only under the Do-the-Work Guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following:

Apply the coaching and content for a minimum of 60 days. You must complete the foundational training (Weeks 0–2), implement at least one full system from the library, and engage with the materials as instructed.

Demonstrate, with evidence, that the strategies were ineffective when properly applied. The burden of proof is on you. You must be able to show what you implemented, how you implemented it, and the result.

Submit your refund request in writing within the guarantee window, including the documentation above.

This guarantee does not cover a lack of time, energy, or effort invested by the pastor or the church team. Not having time to do the work, not attending office hours, not implementing the systems, or changing your mind are not grounds for a refund. The guarantee protects pastors who do the work and don't get results — not those who don't do the work.

Return of Physical Materials

If a refund is approved, all shipped materials — including the Orange Box and its contents — must be returned in their original condition at your expense before the refund is issued. Materials that are not returned, or are returned damaged or incomplete, will be deducted from any refund amount.

Payment Plan Note

If you are on a payment plan, your full balance remains due, and the program-begun and installment terms in Part One, Section 3 apply. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the Do-the-Work Guarantee above, not by how many installments you have paid.

SECTION C — CHURCH GROWTH ACCELERATOR

(the 90-Day Done-With-You Program, Including On-Site Visit)

Price: $7,500 (pay in full or by payment plan)

What you are buying: A 12-week (90-day) cohort program including weekly group coaching calls, two full-day implementation sprint days, done-with-you system setup, custom deliverables, cohort community, and one on-site visit by Henry to your church. The cost of the on-site visit is included in the program price.

Schedule Commitment

By enrolling, you commit to attend and participate in the agreed-upon schedule of all 12 weekly coaching calls and both sprint days. The Accelerator is a done-with-you program — your participation is part of the deliverable. Missed calls are not refundable or transferable, and recordings are provided as a courtesy, not a substitute for participation.

On-Site Visit — Payment Milestone Requirement

The on-site visit by Henry is included in your program fee. Scheduling of the visit is tied to your payment progress:

Pay-in-full clients: The on-site visit is scheduled according to the program timeline.

Payment-plan clients: You become eligible to schedule the on-site visit only after your 7th monthly installment has been received, or once payments received total at least 60% of the full program fee — whichever your plan provides. The visit will not be scheduled or delivered before this milestone is met.

This protects the most resource-intensive deliverable in the program. If you discontinue payments before reaching this milestone, you forfeit the on-site visit, and your remaining balance remains due under Part One, Section 3.

Refund Policy and Go-Live Guarantee

Once the Accelerator program has begun, the program fee is non-refundable. Instead of a money-back refund, the Accelerator is backed by the Go-Live Guarantee, which provides additional coaching — not a refund — if you do the work and your systems are not live.

To qualify for the Go-Live Guarantee, you must:

Attend at least 10 of the 12 weekly coaching calls;

Complete the weekly action steps assigned in the program;

Participate in both full-day sprint days.

If you meet all three conditions and your core systems are still not live and functional by Day 90, we will provide up to 3 additional hours of private 1-on-1 coaching at no extra cost to get them live. This is the sole remedy under the guarantee.

As with the other programs, this guarantee does not cover a lack of effort, missed calls, or failure to complete the action steps. The burden of demonstrating full participation rests with you.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase and/or signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the refund and guarantee terms specific to your program, the payment and balance-due terms, and the no-chargeback agreement.
